Pauline is a member of the delivery team, where she leads projects funded by national governments and international organisations. She is involved in projects related to international development, and works on topics such as peer learning, challenge programmes, data institutions. She is particularly active in the health and agriculture sectors.
Prior to joining the ODI, Pauline worked for the French Government for four years, on European funds related to migration and security. During this time Pauline was responsible for the management of these funds and their evaluation. She has also worked within a consultancy in European affairs in Brussels.
Pauline holds a Master Degree in European affairs from the Institute of Political Sciences of Lyon (France).

Microsoft
Jay joined the ODI in July 2020 as a Consultant. Their work to date has primarily been in tech and sustainable development, including brand management work for Microsoft, Intel, Ericsson, General Electric, Mercedes-Benz USA, and a sustainable development nonprofit. Their professional interests span a wide range, but for Jay it all comes down to the evolving roles and responsibilities of government, corporations, and society.
Jay has a master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Public Policy from University College London and a bachelor’s degree in Political Communication from George Washington University.
In their spare time, Jay is an avid news reader, aspiring rock climber, and a former/someday-soon-again world traveller.
